AmesMUG: Intel Macs, Mail.app, and IASTATE fix

I just found this out, though I'm guessing some of you have know this  
for a while.

The 10.4.8 update fixed the problem with mail.app and iastate pop email.
So for those of us who don't forward our mail to our gmail accounts,  
we can use stop using
kpoprelay and just follow the normal instructions below for  
downloading iastate mail to
our intel macs.
