Hey Everybody,

I am the developer of AssignmentTracker X and (if you've been to  
meetings) a AmesMUG member (as soon as I get my $10 to chris.) Anyway  
for a while now i've been working on the next incarnation of  
AssignmentTracker X written entirely in Cocoa/Objective-C with Apples  
new Core Data framework.  ATX is entirely free and open source (under  
the GNU General Public License version 2), and now the first BETA is  
out.

AssignmentTracker X Features
* 1st time Startup Wizard
* To Do lists for each assignment
* Notes for each assignment
* Each Course has it's own grading scale
* Views for assignments only from a specific course
* Ability to specify at what time (in addition to date) an assignment  
is due

This first beta has a good amount of functionality for organizing  
your assignments, it's a little rough but hey it's a first BETA,  but  
there is a lot of stuff planned for future releases including

* Growl Notifications
* Graphs ( Visual Representation of all your assignments )
* Smart Folders ( What assignments are due this week in Chemestry  
worth over 50 points )
* iCal synchronization
* Web Reports with customizable CSS Styles
