AmesMUG: ISU email in OS X Mail via Gmail

At last night's meeting, we discussed how to forward your ISU email  
to a Gmail account, then receive it in OS X Mail.  I said I would  
make a set of directions on how to do this, so I'm attaching them  
now.  If they aren't clear, feel free to contact me with questions.

Also, we demonstrated how to setup Address Book to search the ISU  
phonebook (via LDAP).  Those directions are here:
