AmesMUG: Smart Playlist on iTunes for New Podcasts?

You could add a third condition to John's playlist to require a skip  
count of 0 as well; make sure it is set to require all conditions, not  
any of them.

I haven't tested this, as I don't have any podcasts, but I think it  
might work for you.  It all depends on how iTunes determines skip count.
