AmesMUG: repair dead 4G iPod or new iPod Nano?

Many 4G iPods have the "click of death" without being actually dead  
(mine included).  Usually you can just open it up and reseat the hard  
drive connector to the logic board and it's taken care of.  I've had  
to do this a couple times with my 4G iPod.  Sounds crazy, but I  
wouldn't be surprised if it fixed things.  I'd be happy to give it a  
try sometime, if you want.
