AmesMUG: Disable Spaces Auto Switch

It appears in the 10.5.2 update a new preference was added to the Dock  
that allows you to disable the auto desktop switching feature that has  
been bugging me since spaces came out.  The preference is only  
accessible in the terminal, but it has made my life much easier.
