Btw if you want to save those flash videos so you can watch them again  
without having to re-download them each time every time you watch it.  
Go here http://keepvid.com/ . You can copy and past the urls in the  
mail message and they have browser buttons to automate this.

Once you have the downloaded video you can play it back with VLC ( http://www.videolan.org/ 
  ) or convert it into Quicktime with iSquint ( http:// 
www.isquint.org/ .)
