AmesMUG: MBP Laptop Stand Recommendations

I got the Elevator for Christmas.  With my MBP, I have not experienced  
any slippage.  The only gripe I have is that my Apple display doesn't  
have an adjustable height, but it is much better than having it on the  
desk.
