So I talked about this in November, I was able to clean up my
computer and use my 80 GB hard drive until now! I just returned from
a month long vacation taking many photos along the way (I am really
into photography) My computer does not have enough space to store all
my photos from my trip while I work on editing some of them (creating
stitches and such).

So its upgrading time! I was doing some new research since there are
many new larger and possibly better drives
out since last time we talked. I want to replace it with something
that will allow me to never run out of space again! I was thinking
this drive Western Digital Scorpio WD3200BEVT 320GB 5400 RPM 8MB
Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Notebook Hard Drive. On newegg.com

Also I want to enclose my 80 GB drive and was looking at this
enclosure Rosewill RX81U-ES-25A 2.5" SATA to USB 2.0 External
Enclosure. Also on Newegg.com

I wanted to ask you all if this was the appropriate hard drive to
replace my current one. I wanted to make sure it would work before I
ordered it and I dont know anywhere with more knowledge about macs
and hard drives than this group.

Let me know what you think!

Thank you,

Clark Colby
