AmesMUG: Dell 968 printer question

Hello, hopefully one of you can help me with something.  I just got a  
Dell 968 All-in-one printer (I didn't buy it, it was given to me).   
The system requirements say Windows machines only. I only have Apple  
machines and I can't find out a way to get it to work with any of my  
machines without VMWare (using Windows XP).  At bare minimum, I'd like  
to be able to print, the other functions I will deal with via Vmware.   
I did find online that Dell printers are made by lexmark, but I  
couldn't get the 9500 or 9300 series printers to work.  Do any of you  
have any ideas or have gotten a Dell printer to work with your  
machines?  If not, if someone is interested in purchasing or trading  
for a similar working printer, the machine has only been used for a  
couple of days.  Thanks for any help.
