So, I mentioned briefly that I added an articles section to the  
site.  I have also installed an events module that generates an iCal  
subscription.

I have set it up so that officers can do anything on the web site.   
To get this access just register for an account at http:// 
www.amesmug.org/user , then tell me so I can add you to the role of  
Officer and Paid Member.

Once logged in and permissions given you can create calendar items,  
blog entries, polls, articles, pages, and stories.

Each officer's account has a blog, and by default, entries will be  
posted on the front page.  Polls are the same way.

Articles are created by creating a page and assigning it to the  
Articles Category, which will automatically put a link to the article  
on the Articles page.

To create a new event make sure to note the time and location in the  
body of the message as it likes to display time in military time on  
the page.  The iCal subscription address is webcal://www.amesmug.org/ 
event/ical/all/all and I will post that as soon as I have stumps in  
the calendar for all the meetings.
