AmesMUG Officers: Lanfest

As everyone is aware, Lanfest is tonight at 7 pm in Howe.  We should  
start setting up at 5:30, when everyone can park close.  I am picking  
up the PS2 and Xbox 360 from Family Video in a few hours.  Brandon  
has the subs ordered and we can pick them up at 6:30.  We have the  
projectors and screens, pop and chips from Hy-Vee, 4 iMacs from  
Apple, router, and mousepads in our possession.  As far as I know  
John is bringing one cooler and I can bring one also.  Brandon says  
he has two more in his office we can use if two isn't enough.  We  
need to make a run to Hy-Vee before the event to get ice.  And we of  
course need all of our equipment from Curtiss.  We have plenty of  
setup to do, so I hope to see everyone there as close to 5:30 as  
possible.
