AmesMUG Officers: Group Approval

I attempted to submit the compliance agreement form and they rejected  
it. They want a 5th person on the form to confirm at least 5 person  
membership (not including advisor), but doesn't necessarily need to be  
an officer.  They even admit this change in procedure is not recorded  
or written anywhere, which I think is Bull.

The result of this is we need to draft a new form with a spot for a  
member on it.  It would be easier if the member were a campus person  
with a Net-ID.  Anyone know of someone who would like to volunteer for  
this?
